Shine Workshops are one of our Unstoppable Girls Program. They run for 3 hours 11:30am-2:30pm
During this time girls are involved in a variety of fun & creative activities, group discussions, get their bodies moving through dancing, and open their minds to cover topics on identity, strengths, healthy friendships & gratitude.
Lunch is included in the price if there are any dietary requirements please fill in on the form. Every Unstoppable girl will take home a small pamper pack that has been sponsored by Coles Tannum Sands.
Wear comfortable clothing with closed-in shoes.

Led by Desire2Inspire founder and life coach Shelly Anne, the motivated, passionate women facilitating Unstoppable Girls workshops have completed their Instructor Training through Girl Power South Australia. The team is handpicked by Shelly Anne for the skills and expertise they bring to Unstoppable Girls.
Shelly Anne is passionate about helping people of all ages to reach their full potential and live happier lives. She created the popular Stride More Stress Less exerstrider pole fitness program along Tannum Sands beach. She has an Associate Diploma in Early Childcare (spending the first 15 years of her working life as an early childcare educator).
Shelly Anne has qualifications in Life Coaching, Personal Training, First Aid and CPR. She also has her Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS (Yellow Card) checks and is in the process of being NDIS registered, as well as having completed Mental Health Champion training, Human Performance and Personality Insights training.
