SHINE WORKSHOP
Shine workshops are the first in our Unstoppable Girls program. They run for 4 hours 11am-3pm on a Saturday.
During this time girls are involved in a variety of fun & creative activities, group discussions, get their bodies moving through dancing, and open their minds to cover topics on Identity, Strengths, Healthy Friendships & Gratitude.
Just bring a water bottle and small snack. (We will take a 15 minute break.) Everything else is supplied.
Wear comfortable clothing with closed-in shoes. (Currently indoors, so no need for a hat.)
